* Free delivery for orders over BGN 200. For orders under BGN 200, the delivery price is BGN 5.

* Deliveries in the country are made through the courier company SPEEDY, except in cases where the customer has explicitly indicated another company.

* At your request, your package can be delivered to a personal address or to an office of the SPIDI courier company.

* Delivery is paid by the Customer (unless otherwise expressly stated by the SUPPLIER)

*Couriered shipments are sent with the preview and test options before payment. In case of cancellation of the contract, the return fee is borne by the Buyer-User.

* Usually deliveries are made between 09:00 - 15:00 on weekdays and between 10:00 - 12:00 on Saturdays. You will receive an SMS notification about your delivery from the SPIDI courier company on the phone number you left with the order.

ITEM RETURN

Exchange and return of goods are possible up to 14 days after receiving the order from the online store in the event that:
- There are no signs of product use. It must be returned in excellent condition!
- All factory labels and brand symbols are preserved.
The item must be returned in its original packaging with gifts included and other promotional materials present, if any.

** Product return charges are at the customer's expense.
** Used goods cannot be returned.

RETURN PROCEDURE

To register a return, please complete the form carefully which you will find in the delivery box or contact us on 0888 070 155 for assistance.

Complete the "Exercising the right to withdraw from the contract" form, indicating the date of purchase and the number of the waybill from the courier company.

The return package must contain - a packaged product without signs of use (with preserved labels, factory labels, included gifts, testimonials and advertising materials).

Refunds are made by bank transfer only, for this you must fill in your bank account details in the form. The refund procedure is triggered after
receipt of the returned item and after careful inspection. Amounts are paid within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the returned goods and after a full inspection of the item.

REFUND

The terms for returning the goods can reach 1-5 working days, depending on your place of residence.

Once we receive the item in our studio and ensure that all return conditions are met, your request will be processed within 1-2 business days and will be included in the refund process
